How Billing Works
Expresso uses Shopify's managed billing. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice alongside your other app charges.
Upgrading
- Try to create a rule or fix a product
- You'll be redirected to the pricing page
- Select the Standard plan
- Confirm through Shopify's payment flow
Canceling
- Go to Settings → Apps and sales channels in Shopify admin
- Find Expresso Shipping Automation
- Click the app → Cancel subscription
Your rules and history remain saved if you resubscribe later.
Refunds
Contact [email protected] within 7 days of any charge for a full refund if the app isn't working as expected.
