Running Audits

What does an audit do?

An audit scan checks every product variant in your store against your shipping rules. It flags any products that are in the wrong shipping profile.

How to Run an Audit

  1. Go to Audit & Scan in the app navigation
  2. Click Scan Store
  3. Wait for completion (time depends on catalog size)

Understanding Results

Each flagged item shows:

  • Product name and image
  • Current profile - Where it is now
  • Suggested profile - Where it should be (based on your rules)
  • Reason - Which rule triggered the flag

Fixing Problems

Fix One at a Time

Click Fix next to any individual product to move it to the correct profile.

Fix All at Once

Click Fix All to reassign all flagged products in one operation.

"No rules found" Message

If you see this, you need to create shipping rules first. The audit can't find problems without knowing what's correct.

Go to RulesCreate Rule to set up your first rule.

Large Catalogs

For stores with thousands of products:

  • Scans may take 1-2 minutes
  • The app processes in batches automatically
  • You'll see progress as it runs
