Troubleshooting
Audit Shows No Results
Possible causes:
- No shipping rules created yet → Go to Shipping Rules and create one
- All products already in correct profiles → That's good news!
- Rules are disabled → Enable them in the Shipping Rules page
"No active shipping rules" Error
You need at least one enabled rule before running an audit.
Go to Shipping Rules → Create Rule to set up your first rule.
Fix Button Not Working
The Fix feature requires an active Standard plan subscription. On the Free plan, you can see problems but not fix them.
Click Fix to be redirected to upgrade.
Product Not Matching Expected Rule
Check these in order:
- Rule priority - Higher priority rules are evaluated first
- Condition value - Is it exact? Tags are case-insensitive, but must match exactly
- Weight units - Weight threshold is in GRAMS (5kg = 5000g)
- Rule enabled - Disabled rules are skipped
Webhook Automation Not Working
Automatic assignments require: - Active paid subscription - At least one enabled rule - The product must match a rule condition
Check History to see if assignments are happening.
Scan Taking Too Long
Large catalogs (10,000+ products) may take 1-2 minutes. The app processes in batches and shows progress.
If a scan seems stuck, refresh the page and try again.
